On March 5, 2008, a week after he announced he would be leaving the role of Gus on Guiding Light, Goldin joined All My Children in the recast role of Dr. In 2010, he was nominated for his third Daytime Emmy Award, his first for his work on All My Children, in the Outstanding Supporting Actor category.
In 2011, he was nominated again, this time in the Outstanding Lead Actor category for All My Children.
In 2003, Godlin spent time on location in Dubai producing ESPN2's The Celebrity Arabian Adventure, and the in-flight programming for Emirates Airlines.
Goldin also created and produced Seeing VS Believing, a one-hour special premiered on TLC in May 2010.
